How detailed our proposal should be ? We should point every place that we
consider to be changed ? Or it will be enough to write in detailed way, what we
wanted to solve, what we have done and where are the problems ?

hi kamil,
imo it would be useful, if you provide an overview of the most important
parts.

Hi
Ok, first of all you should already know a lot of work has been done
in OSGi and server integration area. Before start you should check:

specially the package org.apache.myfaces.spi. In that package you can
find a lot of
against myfaces-impl with the same number and
pass TCK test only with this combination. It is not expected people use
myfaces-api 2.0.1 and myfaces-impl 2.0.2 for a web-app for example.

I was wondering if somebody could take a look at MYFACES-2550. Also,
the published snapshot of MyFaces core is a little old.

Ok, sure. For now I created MYFACES-2548 with a proposed patch. I
might open one more bug for the
AnnotationConfigurator.getMyfacesImplJarFile() issue once I do little
more testing.

Hi
Trying to solve MYFACES-2290 Add OSGi bundle information and bundle
classloader / activator, it was submitted a patch that adds some new classes
required by OSGi to handle classloader calls correctly. This classes
requires be public and one be mentioned in myfaces-api MANIFEST.MF as

this may well be the case when running MyFaces
in an OSGi environment.
There should be a way to pass on any dependency to web.xml, as I managed to run
my project (a JSF+Tobago+Facelets application within OSGi) with Mojarra 1.2,
using extension mapping or path mapping.
