I have updated the Maven bundles with sources from AOO412 tag. I re-created the javadocs from them because I couldn't find complete docs in the SDK. If everyone agrees we do not need a vote, how to proceed? I could do a new lazy consensus topic until the end of next week to give everyone

Dennis, Since this a release of primarily pre-built binaries that are already included with AOO I need some guidance on the requirements. They are libraries so they can't be run for testing. Maybe if someone uses them as libraries they could test them that way. Three of them can be built
