src/core/src/main/resources/templates
There's folders collecting each Struts theme. It's the begin.

For every class you need to have a logger instance. While creating that
instance you need to pass the class name also to it.
Otherwise I don’t see any problem with the logger.

Only blocked from the client; not the app server.
Hiding JSPs underneath WEB-INF as another layer to
prevent direct access is pretty typical.
