[cli] 1.3 Release?

Hello everybody, I'm wondering if there are any plans to release Commons CLI 1.3? 1.2 was release a long time ago and some people (like the Groovy Team) are waiting for a final 1.3 Release because of the bugs fixed in 1.3 Snapshot. Kind regards, Pascal Schumacher
