I like the idea of benchmark and standardization.
Let's suppose the mission was as broad as this one:
To substantially increase affordable access to education and
training, worldwide.
What resources would it take to put forward a set of tools that would
serve as the metrics and benchmarks for
hi DDN community,
when someone writes a good book about free software, good things can
happen on a much larger scale.
