I've posted on this subject several times in the past with ITU IEEE

It does seem to get lost in the noise at times.
It does not help at all that the ROS

For linux ham, I would recommend Linux Mint where you can install the o/s on
your computer and download and install ham apps easily. If you want to run
off a small O/S via cd or flash go with Puppy. Fldigi works good with

I've been attempting for the first time to decode FDMDV signals that
