Sorry, the page must have skipped - sticky mouse ball problem, now cleaned.
As you move the Notes for Mac users to after the table of contents, maybe we
should put this table in the Preface. Most likely place I think is after What
you see may be different. What do you think?
Good idea regarding placement of Notes for Mac Users in the full book.

Looking again at the Preface, I see the Using LO on a Mac is already
in there, just after What you see may be different. So no change

In the compiled books I move the Notes for Mac Users to the end of
the ToC. This leaves room on the copyright page for the publisher info
and ISBN on the PDF from which the printed copies will be produced;

One glaring big error.
The copyright page is missing. Only Notes for Mac Users appears and it
appears immediately below the Table of Contents.
Now to carry on checking.
