Neil--Yes, there's an SW-4 (or -4A) that comes up on eBay every once in
awhile. However, they've been pretty non-existent on eBay for the past
couple of months, which I've found surprising. Before that, I was seeing
several a month--sometimes two at a time.

The position of the lamp holder affects the illumination pattern. You'll need
to tweak it so it until it looks the best to you. Be careful, if you
accidentally short thr=e +13 to ground it will take out the fuse in the TR-7
instantly.
