[Dx4win] Worked all states?

I have been trying to work all states on 10m. I have managed to confirm 49 out of the 50 states. I still haven't been able to confirm North Dakota. I have worked North Dakota four times but I can't get it confirmed. When I ask Dx4Win to list the states I have confirmed it lists all 50

Dennis, Do not install Dx4win in the program files directory; that directory is treated differently and does not work well for DX4WIN and many other programs. Download the installer from the website and run it; by default is goes into the root directory of the C Drive. Copy your license file to
