As a user of DX4WIN since the 90s I really like the software and do not intend
to change to any other logging program. Even though some have some nice
features I find DX4WIN does everything I need and more.
My only request might be to make the upload to lotw more automatic than it is,
but
Great comment Mike - DX4Win is great. But no new changes or enhancements for
some time. If Paul has decided not to pursue any future updates, perhaps he
would consider passing it to someone else who can continue his legacy.
Just my 2 cents..

Hi all
I was a very happy user of DX4WIN until I started on satellites 4 years
ago, the satellite database is not updated anymore and I had a good
response of the developer was that DX4WIN is not profitable so it lost his
interest maintaining it updated.
I moved to another logging program to

What are we?
Radio operators, technicians or just a bunch of let the computer do it all for
you?
In my opinion the manual up/download is the only correct way to do it not
automatically.
Why is simple b4 I upload I check always for mistakes. Just check psk reporter

Hi.
I have used the DX4Win version for many years, I think that since the late
80s or early 90s.
I have considered that it is a very stable program, and as some users have
indicated here, to upload an Adif file to LOTW only a couple of clicks are
needed and it only takes a couple of minutes.
We
I absolutely love DX4Win and have since the day it was released. For my
logging needs it is totally functional. I also think that the support is
awesome thanks to Paul, Jim, Guy and the rest of the users.

I agree with Tim K4TK. DX4WIN is an old school DXer's logging program and it
suits my needs very well. Manual LoTW import/export and WSJT-X import are only
a few mouse clicks and take less than a minute.
Having said that, it would be nice to know that Paul has a plan for the future
when he
David Perry (N4QS) certainly doesn't speak for all of us. I like the
product just as it is and I think the support and updates are excellent as
they exist today. I fully understand some may find issues with the product
as it is, but they don't speak for or represent all of us . And of
course,
To all DX4WIN users:
We really need Paul to do something. He promised the databases would be
available on the next update, but that was four years ago. I have been
asking for full integration with WSJT-X for years to no avail.
This is a great program with a very active user base, but very
Guy,
Thank you for speaking up on this topic.
The AD1C databases are not updated automatically, but the user does it
manually:
Help, Check for updates, selecting which databases to update from AD1C.
So what prevents the user from deciding whether to use the QSL manager AD1C
database or his own
Chris,
This is not an error in the software
But something that is left out for other reason
For example automatic updates
