Thank you everyone for all the suggestions. I have tried all of them. As it turns out, one of the stations I worked was in MN not ND. I changed ND to MN and all is ok now. I still don't know why it said North Dakota was confirmed when nothing was marked with a "Y". Not card, not LoTW or

I have been trying to work all states on 10m. I have managed to confirm 49 out of the 50 states. I still haven't been able to confirm North Dakota. I have worked North Dakota four times but I can't get it confirmed. When I ask Dx4Win to list the states I have confirmed it lists all 50
