Just installed Ver 6.02. Using the same log file, I get different DXCC
report totals from 5.03 and 6.02. Also needed report in 6.02 shows
countries as needed that are shown as checked.

The dx4win export filters export the logs with the time in seconds.
When you make a copy of that filter, and change the time format
not to uses seconds, you can filter out the second duplicates
by first deleting all QSOs (this preserves the group numbers you may
have defined) and import

That will work, but when you set the QSL method to 'ignore', you will do what I
had
in mind. The rst = 0 indicates that someone else (ARRL) has decided that the QSO
does not count, but you may still want a QSL card. (I have a few of those)
