There are two different concepts here.
The maximum number of spots in the DX Spots window is specified on the
Packet2 tab of your preferences, in the Scrollback

K1JB was the QSL manager for the VK9LV DXpedition in 1989. This is a
shortcoming in the DX4WIN QSL manager database, I'll try to fix it. I
think your chances of getting a QSL now are slim.
