I sent to Robert several direct QSLs with USD's, the last one last year via the
registered mail, post office confirmend delivery, but never get any QSL from
him!
Fortunately, I made several QSOs with the HB9 group recent DX-pedition there
and got their QSLs...

I know Robert personally--I was part of 3B9R in 1999. He had been QRT
for years due to having been wiped out by a cyclone. He also had a
special needs child that consumed all of his time. We took him into our
DXpedition as a team member, and left him a radio. Soon he was back on
the air.

Seems that I worked you guys from 3B9R - I'll have to check my logs! Might
be a route to a 3B9 qsl. It also seems that I worked Jacky, 3B8CF from 3B9
as well. Jacky was a good QSLer. Even worked him on 160 years ago, and have

I think you can do what Guy requests. You connect to one cluster in the
Packet window and the other in the RTTY window. I sometimes do so.
