[Dx4win] vcruntime140.dll missing

I tried to update the DX4WIN data Updater tonight, but got notice of a missing file. The program worked last time I used it. What should I do? I deleted the program and tried to download the April update, but I still get the missing file error. Steve K7AWB Nine Mile Falls, WA
