Have you COMPLETELY powered down the computer? Not just telling it to
shut down but actually pulling the plug or flipping the switch on the
power supply if it has one? Best place to start for oddball happenings!

I know Jim and Zoran answered you but I think you need to reset the Upload
Flag and clear the Upload date.
Clear any other filter - Press F9
Start the filter - Press F8.
Enter your start date - 10/03/2016 and press Enter. It will ask you for an
end date - enter today's date and OK.
