etc. I accidentally removed something that I did not think was needed.
Well, it was needed after all! It's fixed now, and I verified that the new
country file contains QSL managers.
I'll release something in the

happened, I am using the same automated process I have been using for
many years. This is the first time that such a thing has happened.
I will be releasing a new DX4WIN country file in the next day or two
to correct this. I apologize for the oversight.
