DX4Win version, as indicated in my previous e-mail, is 8.05.
When I spin the dial on the radio the frequency in the QSO window do NOT
change , it maintains 18.165,93 MHz.

You did not say which version of DX4WIN you are using.
If you are in real-time add mode (F9) and using DX4WIN 8.0x, does the
Frequency field in the QSO window change when you spin the dial on the
radio?

What's happening? In Set-up parameters I have as Default
