We think the biggest problem escrow services face at the moment is trust.
If we define:
Credibility=Can they find you?
Reputation=Have you been trustworthy in the past?
Security=Are your doors locked?
Trust=Credibility + Reputation + Security

Yes the entire thing happens through e-gold. Our primary reason for doing
things this way was to eliminate the risk of forged or intercepted emails
but there are other benefits too.

That's exactly right, Robert, their entire payment and release protocol
is based on parsing info in the Memo field.
BTW, that http://sneakemail.com service they use looks pretty neat too.
