A large UK bank has deducted £3,000 ($4,250) from the bank account of the charity that I am treasurer of. This relates to transactions done on March 22, 2000, that is 11 months later. None of the cardholders contested the transactions. Can a bank do this? I have asked a lawyer to look into

Regarding problems with e-gold: For one thing, their customer service SUCKS! I agree, and I don't understand why. All they need do is hire people to answer the phone, and resolve password problems, and other minor complaints. For larger complaints, they should find an avenue to resolve them.
