I'm not the owner or moderator, so can't explain why you received the invite.

I think the same answer applies as to the earlier thread about running 100W
on digital modes using a K3. With PSK31 the IMD products will be too high
running the K2/10 at 10W, though to be fair, having done the comparison, my
own K2/10 is cleaner at 10W than my K3 is at the same power level and
I seem to recall someone mentioning a K3 app. Is my memory failing me

Bruce, Geoff and Don,
Sorry I am late in replying and thanking all for their help. The little power
plant I work at here in South Texas has been demanding my attention with the
cold weather here! They didn't build these plants with this kind of cold in

Dear Max,
The Danish company Phonak are selling a device under the name of TVLink
which plugs into the line out, Scart, headphone or external speaker

If you are referring to an iPhone/iPad app, the only one I am aware of is
called K3MicroMan. It is a very nicely done operating manual for the K3.
It is updated regularly and I have found it very useful. YMMV

Thanks Julian (and those who replied off-list). I guess I'll just stick

converter inside k3 (even if it would be possible to do by cabling
all the firmware necessary to have everything onboard without OS
driver need) but re-engineer the internal I/O in order to make
available a standardUsb port.

Do you know if any plot of the frequency response K3's APF exists, or any

I tried those when I fist got my hearing aides for listening to music at work.
They use voice coil coupling and are definitely NOT high fidelity.

No, Tom, they are NOT audio loop devices, but true bluetooth, and only
work with modern bluetooth hearing aids. And I am not sure what sort of
HiFi you expect, but if you have a hearing aid it is probably academic.
