Start with the basics - disconnect everything other than the power and a dummy load to the K3. Then power it on. If all is well in that basic configuration, then start adding the extra things one at a time to find out what is creating the problem. If the basic K3 still responds with a blank LCD

I had not changed the IP addresses, or the Sip Contact, I was able to communicate with the RRCs on their correct address. However I just reset the IP in the Sip Contact and it is now working. I am a little curious as the status of the remote indicates the radio is off but its connections is oK.
