Jorge . my K3 displayed the same fault sometime ago .Turned out to
be D1 on the LPA a very fine hairline crack in the solder joint
...without Keith Trinity W6ER's advice in a previous reply to somebody
else , I would never have found it .

I've just managed to fix my new to me K2 ... I had always
thought it was less sensitive than it should be , and a check with an XG3
confirmed it .
The Symptoms .
Low sensitivity
Unable to get satisfactory S meter readings despite checking AGC volts and S Hi
and S
If anyone is thinking of selling a KPA100 to raise some money for a KX3 , I'm
interested .
Either the QRO lid version , separate EC2 enclosure version or an unbuilt /
unfinished kit would be fine ...working or not !

Just on the off chance I'd like a KPA 100 to go with my newly acquired K2 .
If anyone has one that they would like to sell , either a kit or a
