Yes, I asked about a year ago. The answer back was no and Elecraft, at that time, had no plans to provide an RPi version nor provide the source, in order for us to build on that platform. I will throw my hat into the ring and request the Elecraft KX3/PX3 Utilities for the RPi (Raspian - Jessie).
