I'm sure I'll get a number of different recommendations,
but which Hakko soldering station do you like?
936 works great and is relatively inexpensive.
Hakko 936 here too. Done yeoman service for years.

I use a Hakko 808 for desoldering, and a Weller WS-80
computer-controlled unit for soldering. Each is nearly ideal (for my
uses) for the particular application. I like the dial-up heat and
extraordinarily fast response of the Weller soldering pencil. Less than
30 seconds from cold to 700
