You are not alone John. I can only imagine the position they must be in with supply and employee issues. It does not excuse the lack of communication. I had an issue with my KIO3B. They did not have any replacement boards so I was told to send in mine and they would repair. This was in January

I had the exact same problem with my K3s.It was a problem with the 100 watt power amp.It took a little bit before they got to me but it has been repaired and is scheduled to be back today.All told it took about a month.Be patient they get back to you and they will repair it.73Mike KC8WHSent
