I had the exact same problem with my K3s.It was a problem with the 100 watt power amp.It took a little bit before they got to me but it has been repaired and is scheduled to be back today.All told it took about a month.Be patient they get back to you and they will repair it.73Mike KC8WHSent

I wonder if it is advisable to allow the amplifier to cool before turning it off. Normally I wait until the fan stops, at 39 degrees C. Am I being too cautious? I leave the power supply turned on most of the time, since I use the amplifier nearly every day. Thanks N1VE

You said you receive FT8 signals fine. If that means you are decoding then time sync is not likely to be the cause of you problem. If decoding ok your time error can be easily assessed by looking at the average time error of the signals you decode. Almost any computer is capable of
