Let's say you have selected a 2.8 kHz filter. Use the LO CUT control to move
the low cut freq to 0.00.
Now turn that same control clockwise and notice that it goes to 0.20, 0.30,
0.40.
Now move the control back down. Notice that it goes to 0.30, 0.20, 0.10, and
then finally, 0.00.

There are many strange behaviors in LO CUT/HI CUT mode that have been
there for a long time. They aren't usually noticeable in normal day-
to-day operation, but they just make no sense. If you're curious,
