[Elecraft] K2 mic hole plugs FOUND!

Thanks to Scott, N0AR, I've found a great-looking plug for that unsightly 3/4 hole on the lower left of my K2's front panel. It's manufactured by Heyco, and it's #2683. It's molded nylon, with a matte surface, and sits flat, as well as very securely. They're available from Cable Components, Inc.,

Thanks to Scott, N0AR, I've found a great-looking plug for that unsightly 3/4 hole on the lower left of my K2's front panel. Lloyd, I found the same plug at our local (small town, one stoplight!) hardware store in the fastener section...the area with all those drawers and bins to look through!

Lloyd, I'm mostly a CW guy myself, and can understand why someone might not want the mic jack. But this is only the second request for a mic-jack hole cover I've heard in the five years the K2 has been around, so I don't think we'll be stocking them. I would suggest as an alternative to
