Which codes differ for you? 150 - 'Б*', lynx display nothing for 150. 171 - 'Б*', lynx display different value. 235 - 'п', lynx display 'К'. Press F9 - Setup - Character set Select KOI8-R BTW, Setup- Terminal options (I mean these) and save options after that. It must work. This does not help. Small correction to my bugreport: elinks display 'п ' (hex D020) instead of 'К' (hex D09A).
