[E-devel] broken localization

I've just rebuilt my e17 from cvs, and now e17 fails to load the correct locale. it shows this message on the console: "The locale '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' cannot be found on your system. Please install this locale or try something else." of course it isn't true. if I do a "lsof -p pid_of_e | grep it"
