These actions grow the window in the given direction until it finds a
barrier. But it can be repeated to continue growing until it hits the
screen edge.

Settings. I have set the following on my system:
CTRL+ WIN + UpWndow::Actions -> Grow in Direction...up
CTRL+ WIN + DownWindow::Actions -> Grow in Direction...down
