Hi
I ha read somewhere that some modules no longer compile due to the fact
that the 'gadman' library (or something) no longer exists. These modules
would require re-write by someone. I know calendar is one of them, as I
used to use it, but no longer can.
You will have to use a script to install t

Hi.
I run a 2 monitor setup.
Sometimes I have an application open on screen 0, but need to move it to
screen 1. Would prefer keyboard shortcuts.
I find 'Move mouse to screen' in config, and 'window to desktop' but
can't find any obvious way to move a window to another screen.
Any help appreciat
ndows (to
next/previous desktop), so I was wondering, is there a way to send a
open program to the next/previous screen ?

Wonderful thing this internet.
Will take only one clever user to make the ebuild, and share it with
us-not-so-clever people.

Hi,
you can disable DBUS compile in e_core (I think it may not yet be
complete ??)
Had the same issue a few weeks back, als o had issues directly
afterwards with directfb.
Here is my /etc/portage/package.use settings
x11-plugins/e_modules -calendar
x11-libs/evas -directfb
x11-libs/ecore -direct

Hi,
I use dr17 on my laptop.
At office I have a second screen plugged in, with shelves on the second
screen.
Outside the office (mostly at home) the second screen is obviously not
connected.
I use a profile startup system called NetConfig witch also allows me to
swap configuration files on boot.
Hi,
Are you using a custom theme ?
I recall last time I updated, I also had to update my theme as the one I
was using was no longer compatible with the latest code base.
Did not exactly have the same issue, but I had blank menus. Could be
related issue?
Try using the default theme.

Hi,
I am not sure if this is an issue/configuration with E, or a xinerama
issue.
I use a dual screen (obviously as I am using xinerama), with my second
screen to the right of my main screen.
If I right click on any application (not on the e-desktop), then the
right click menu of the application
