It's a common scenario to get a PDF document formatted for A4 size, but needing to print it on Letter size paper. Firefox PDF.js doesn't seem able to scale so that it fits vertically-it cuts off things on the top and bottom edges. If I use Adobe Reader or Edge Preview, it has no problem
