Finally going to upgrade our 2010 Exchange to 2016. Current info: 1 CAS/Hub Transport. That is behind a reverse IIS proxy for external web mail. 2 Mailbox servers. 500 mailboxes per server. In rough numbers about half my users are OWA and half our Outlook. ActiveSync is pretty widely

We are upgrading FIM to AAD Connect. FIM is Version 4.3.647.0 It has been installed since July 2014. There does not seem to be a direct upgrade path. Most folks seem to have older Dir Sync, or Azure AD Sync, and NOT FIM. Has anyone does a FIM to AAD Connect upgrade? If so, can I get
