[Exchange] Count of incoming email and outgoing email by mailbox

Does anyone know of a script or application that could give me a count of incoming email and / or outgoing email by person for their mailbox? It is probably an HR request, but all I know is that the head of IT asked me for this. I can look at the Barracuda and see what comes in / out external

While I am on a roll here. :) They also want me to separate out the DL's from the mailboxes in the GAL. In the past, some places I have worked have put an ! or _ in front of DL's so they sorted separately from Mailboxes and in A - Z order. Do you still do that? Anything better come along
