The e-mail announcement I got was for Windows, so, being on Mac, I ignored and trashed it. Did any Mac users here get a Mac-oriented e-mail? I need to save money if I can and if there's a promo code that works for my situation I'd appreciate knowing about it. Richard From: Darcy James Argue

Several months may mean the end of your business. Not at all. All ya gotta do is reinstall Windows and Finale once a month. If your business depends on it, you will probably be able to have a separate machine for this. But not even that is necessary. There are lots of ways to abbreviate it, so

Sibelius apparently manages the transfer of licenses from one machine to another via floppies, which strikes me as not such a great idea. (What do Mac users do?) I would say that finally, after 20 years of IBM PC compatible floppies, we have a successor to the floppy which fits into ALL

As far as Ted Ross goes, I have it both in print (2 copies) and on CDrom so I'm not interested in a reprint. As for Gardner Read's Thesaurus, I don't know anything about the book so it is hard to say -- mightn't you be able to talk them into a CD-rom version for a lot less? $100 seems a bit
