Yes, I have it, but moving /usr/local/lib out of the way didn't remedy the
build problem.

I¹ve been reading about a suggested fix for Tor problems in 10.5 and 10.6
since the Mac OS X Security update 2010-001, all of which involve using Mac
Ports. Is there a similar remedy that I could implement with Fink? Thanks.

package, make sure no fontconfig stuff is in /usr/local, and eventually
write to the gimp2 pacakge maintainer.

looking for, then change the name and put it where Fink wants to find it.
