Hi all. When I run fink scanpackages or apt-get update the process just
hangs forever. No error messages. I cannot figure out how to get apt-get to
give me a detail of what it's trying to do and where it is stuck.
I've seen this popping up in the archives going back for years. I'm

No proxy involved. No change using the supplied files. Just hangs after
printing "0% [Working]". Any other ideas? Thanks.
