The Record from the wave menu is not working. I tried several recording and
nothing is recorded. The quick record on the main page works fine, but
nothing from the wave menu.
Other than that very nice upgrade so far.

Do we need to open a trouble ticket for these things or is it sufficient
to post them here?

Remember Tim's earlier note - to roll back you need to uninstall the new
drivers, as they are not compatible with earlier PSDR versions.

Yes, open a HelpDesk ticket.
BTW, I can not replicate this issue by changing bands. Are you changing
TX profiles? If so, whether VAC is on or off is set in the TX profile
and if it is not saved, it will produce the behavior described.

I've found a return to the long delay of CW sidetone on my 1500, and no
noticable improvements so I've reverted to 2.3.5 for now at least.
It may be database setup (still default) as I also (I'm in region1)
One of the new features in PowerSDR v 2.4.4 that I have found of
interest to me is item 12:
Improved FLEX-5000 Transverter Operation. Band edge checking for the
transverter IF has been relaxed, allowing out of ham band IF transmit on
the transverter TX port. Also the 10m IF TX filter switch
After you mentioned that a couple weeks ago, I tried it later and saw
no difference. Maybe I left something off. Got more details?

You can try it and see if it makes a difference on your PC. The new
driver will work with both the legacy and non-legacy 1394 firewire drivers.

I may have missed something but the install seem to imply that PSDR

you configure them?

understanding was that when you recorded the Pre-Processed audio

Tim,
I found the problem. After the upgrade Skimmer decided to use VAC 34
instead of 12. Once this was changed it started to work. I don't know
why Skimmer picked the different audio channels but it happened. Thanks
for looking at the problem.

Noticed something strange. If I click on the 60m BAND button to cycle through
the channels, it
starts on:
5.349.954 (GEN COV)
5.346.50 (CH2)
5.357.00 (CH3)
And then back to 5.349.954
Is this just me? This is a clean install.
