Slightly off-topic to Flex radio, but someone wrote this for Elecraft radios,
so is there one that can be manual input or run with the Flex radios that have
the SWR bridges installed? Please see question below.

It looks like a surface chart in Excel should do it. I know that Viseo
(sp) could do it, but it has gone away. If you have software that will
produce a graph, look for a smoothing option.

And - Microsoft Excel 2010 has the ability to smooth the line between data
points on a graph to create a curved graph. However, you do not see this
option when you create a graph using the standard templates. The option to
smooth the line on a graph only appears when you access the graph's Format
I'm running a Flex 3000 radio with PowerSDR 2.5.3.
When tuning across the 160M band (in any mode) the received noise floor
toggles between a normal (lower) level and an erroneous (higher) level.
Steps as small as 1 Hz can toggle the noise floor. The erroneous level is
approximately 6 dB
