Hi Mike,
Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried plugging into a different USB port
but the problem persists...only different. It shows up under Other
I know this has been shared before, but it is worth re-posting.

After reading about common mode currents, I order about 100 of each (mix 31
and mix 43) chokes. I have them on just about everything as it relates to
RF.

Sounds strange as their quality control is pretty great. I am also
confident that Flex will get on the phone with you and sort it out.
Just to make sure that RF isn't an issue, do you have a dummy load that you
can test 20M on? Usually if a computer up and freezes, it is due to RF

It does work.
You have to have the following, but I found Com0Com buggy. You also might
want to stick DDUtil in the middle to broker the communications.
I will also use some sample ports, but I will call them A, B, etc. Baud

I was debugging an audio problem with my Flex 5000 last night.
I had an audio mixer hooked up to the Mic and Speaker lines so I could hear
myself as a real time monitor using a Behringer Xenyx 302USB. The problem
was that I was getting some reverb/echo and I wasn't sure just how I was
getting
Is anyone who is using WSPR having problems with it crashing after about 20
minutes? It works fine, then in a TX cycle it will just crash.
This is on a Flex 5000 Win 7 64.
I don't think that this is a Flex issue at all, but I thought I would
through it out there.

I apologize for the slight off topic post in the post 2.4.4 fun.
Has anyone tried these:

It is a 10W 2M transverter for $60 on eBay (kit).
Sadly, he is out of stock at the moment.
Hi Dave
As an example, mine looks like
Psdr Cat - Com 12 - Com 22 on DDutil
RPC DDUtil - Com 13 - Com 23 on HRD (actually, most use MiniDeluxe)
You can NOT use DDUTIL and just have a pair of ports for PSDR out to HRD
in, like Com12-Com22 respectfully.
I see you are using 5-15 (so you must). I
Wow, this was weird

I would forgo the tuner and make sure you have a mobile antenna that tunes.
You'll find that the antenna like a screwdriver design is much more
efficient and radiates significantly better. If you use something like a
tuned whip, it is most efficient when tuned to its operating frequency.
