The most major change is the new Firewre driver for the 3000 and 5000
radios. It's not gong to have much, if any, affect on your 1500 with the
USB interface. After a couple of days with it now the Flex-3000
performance is much improved. I have been able to set the VAC buffer
latency to zero,

eliminated?
I just reviewed the PDF again - perhaps I missed it.
I haven't installed 2.4.4 yet, but it will be disappointing if software
that uses the MME interface is no longer
supported. I still support SSTV and other

on v2.4.4 for WSPR.
The audio drivers used by PowerSDR are enumerated from Windows, so the
issue is probably Windows centric somehow.
