I agree with Bill on this.We have seen and been a part of hunting down signals much weaker than this on 160m because DX are typically right at the noise floor. We have mounted campaigns to get the offending commercial transmitters to fix their mess. It is simply the right thing to do and now

Jerry, It is coveted because he was one of the loudest complainers about the spur -- which was well below FCC requirements by-the-way. Flex does not routinely list the ECO's in the KB or elsewhere. For the most part they are considered internal engineering information. 73, Ray, K9DUR

Ray , do you work 160 regularity ? I do and I was one of the first complainers about the spur in the winter of 2008 .. it may be well below FCC requirements but its their and just try calling a DX station thats listening up , don't dare TX up 2.4 or you may receive the same embarrassing

Jerry, Frankly, I did not know that there was an ECO tab in the Knowledge Base until you just gave me the link. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. That was probably something that was put there as a placeholder a few years ago when the KB was first set up. I will ask that it be removed.
