work-arounds for MSVC10 shortcomings. All
Bug 479 (loadxml: reading 'file.xml' denied (unauthorized access) from
--aircraft directory) has come back during the last week. (Windows MSVC 2010).
If I revert Simgear and Flightgear to 7 October all is well. I have not yet
had time to find which commit is causing the problem.
All is OK when I reset git to 10 October.
