Hi all,
I am new to flight gear. I have been reading over the docs, but I have
not come to a reference on how to pan around the 3D cockpits. It seems I
can look only 90 degrees left, or right, but not at lesser angles or
incrementally.
Is there a way to set this up?
Cheers
Shad

Well FlightGear 1.0.0 is finally out. I built 1.0.0 with no problems on
Ubuntu 7.10. I also built FGRUN 1.0.0 with no problems. Generally
flying is the typical FlightGear flying, unfortunately I am not
experienced in real aircraft so I can't tell if theres any improvement
in the actual

I figured out how to reproduce the error every time.
My mothers computer specs:
Dell 4550

1 GB memory
Nvidia Geforce 5700 128 MB memory
Using FGRUN select SR-71A_BlackBird then select KUFO.
Take off and climb to 30,000 feet and at any time select add way point

I just installed and tested 1.0.0 on my Gentoo amd64 box. So here are my
comments after doing some test flights.
1. The stutter problems seems to be much better and is perhaps fixed now. I
was able to make high speed rolling passes down on the deck over KSFO with
the P-51D and the scene was
First, a great big Thank You to everyone who had anything to do with the
1.0.0 release. It looks great!
However, I have a small problem. In contrast to the experience of Hal, I
almost never experienced stutters with 0.9.10, but I see them quite often in
1.0.0, especially when near the ground and
