I have this:
DeskTopSize 2x2
in my config file and I want to start an exterm on desk 0, page 0 0
and another on desk 0, page 0 1. In my InitFunction I have this line
for the second x term instance:
+ I Exec xterm -T minnie *Page:0 0 1
but that xterm always starts on desk 0, page 0

I should have been more explicit on the behaviour I want when starting fvwm
related to firefox.
I do want firefox to start in page 1 2 on my (only) desktop. I upgraded from
fvwm version 2.4.20 to 2.5.23, changed InitFunctions to StartFunctions, and
added the following Style line my init file:
