When I was at the Apple Store for a problem (it is 85 miles away) a AlBook came in for a customer that had the top replaced and it had a plastic sheet stuck to it for protection during shipping. I would think the Apple Store is your best bet for the best service, even though the drive is a pain.

Radio Shack is not an electronics store! When I did my daughters, I just split the Yo Yo and then I used the old cable, cut it and just soldered it back in place. A bit of plastic glue and all was good. I've never seen the G3/G4 connectors at Radios Hackand I've looked. Do you have a SKU?
