Hello, here is yet another fix in case you have to reinstall sapi5. 1. go to the c:\windows\inf\ folder 2. find sapi5.inf 3. right click it and choose install. 4. when it asks, put in your windows xp disk. 5. browse to and choose the i386 folder on the cd. 6. hit ok. 6. files will copy. 7.
