Yes, she can have pups ;) The are no true albino genes in the gerbil world
as of yet. The pink eyes are not connected to albinism at all. She just is
carring the genes for pink eyes (pp).

If Deb hadn't got in first I would have said the same thing. A swollen
cheek strongly signals abscess in any animal. And all abscesses are
potentially fatal if untreated.
